Stability

It seems amazing but the last time we did a release of The Server Framework was in 2021. Since then the mainline development of the framework has been pretty stable with no new bug reports. Most of the time the code doesn’t need a new release to handle minor changes in compiler version and often it’s easy enough for client’s to do these changes themselves.

I’m planning a maintenance release, 7.5, but don’t yet have a release date, and I’m wary of roadmaps…

Development of the cross-platform version of the code has continued for several clients and the code has been pulled in various directions that mean that, for now, we’re not quite ready to decide on the final release structure and content for the ‘release 8.0’ Linux and MacOS version.
