Geosocket Information Inc.

Geosocket Information Inc is a Chinese Information Management and GIS developer for the Oil and Gas industry.

They use The Server Framework in two products: SocketIMS, which is web-based map application GIS product and SocketExplorer, a web-based application which publishes seismic interpretation information. Both products use The Server Framework on the server side, integrated with data IO and computation modules with all of the modules hosted in a Windows service. WCF is used in the middle layer and calls to the servers via TCP.
