We are developing a social casual game and we use the 64bit version of The Server Framework as our server socket layer. This is a critical framework for us because the high number of concurrent socket connections that it makes possible means reduced cost. High performance I/O isn’t straight forward even after 25 years of C/C++, so being able to just get a true and tried component capable of pushing the OS to the limit is a no brainer.
PayPoint has been using The Server Framework since 2002.
Over the years, we have built several high performance ISO8583 based transaction servers for them using The Server Framework, including servers for its eVoucher and Collect+ services.

We’ve recently developed a high-performance SIP Gateway for a company that provides VoIP services.
The gateway added TLS support, (using the SChannel option pack) for their existing SIP offering by accepting secure SIP connections, dealing with all the security issues and routing the calls to their existing TCP based SIP stack.
After the first phase of the project had been live for some time we extended the system for them to also support SIP over secure WebSockets.
This online gaming company, which is responsible for King JackPot, Bingo Liner, Bingo Cafe, and many others, is moving to The Server Framework to expand their platform with WebSocket connectivity.
Initially, they have ported their chat server and in-client notification/email systems over to The Server Framework and hope to go live with the new server in early 2012.
